JOHN RAPP

John Rapp is a New York and Washington State attorney, mediator, educator, and ethicist with a
distinguished career spanning litigation, corporate ethics, and legal education. He advises and
advocates for businesses and individuals working in cannabis, psychedelics, and other
emerging industries, helping them navigate complex regulatory landscapes while maintaining
ethical integrity.

John began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in New York City before moving
into high-stakes litigation, class actions, and corporate compliance. John has decades of
experience in corporate litigation, handling a wide variety of disputes. He has held management
positions at three of the world’s largest law firms and directed company-wide ethics education
for a Fortune 50 technology company. As an editor and legal writer, John has contributed to
several legal journals and been profiled by Fortune magazine.

With deep expertise in professional ethics and regulatory compliance, John has designed and
led training programs for thousands of lawyers and business professionals. He has also been
actively involved in cannabis and psychedelics advocacy, serving on the inaugural Ethics
Council for the Sacred Garden Community Entheist Church and supporting the Council for the
Protection of Sacred Plants. A founding member of the Psychedelic Bar Association, John is
committed to helping clients and organizations operate with legal clarity and ethical
