John Rapp is a New York and Washington State attorney, mediator, educator, and ethicist with a
\ndistinguished career spanning litigation, corporate ethics, and legal education. He advises and
\nadvocates for businesses and individuals working in cannabis, psychedelics, and other
\nemerging industries, helping them navigate complex regulatory landscapes while maintaining
\nethical integrity.<\/p>\n

John began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in New York City before moving
\ninto high-stakes litigation, class actions, and corporate compliance. John has decades of
\nexperience in corporate litigation, handling a wide variety of disputes. He has held management
\npositions at three of the world\u2019s largest law firms and directed company-wide ethics education
\nfor a Fortune 50 technology company. As an editor and legal writer, John has contributed to
\nseveral legal journals and been profiled by Fortune magazine.<\/p>\n

With deep expertise in professional ethics and regulatory compliance, John has designed and
\nled training programs for thousands of lawyers and business professionals. He has also been
\nactively involved in cannabis and psychedelics advocacy, serving on the inaugural Ethics
\nCouncil for the Sacred Garden Community Entheist Church and supporting the Council for the
\nProtection of Sacred Plants. A founding member of the Psychedelic Bar Association, John is
\ncommitted to helping clients and organizations operate with legal clarity and ethical
\nresponsibility in these emerging industries. John Rapp is included in the Top 200 Global
